Object inspired by Bauhaus and reinterpreted from a contemporary perspective: industrial structure, welded mesh, visual transparency and refined geometry that makes the furniture part of the spatial discourse.

Revitalization of Presidente Building
An urban and architectural intervention focused on the revitalization of the historic Presidente Building in front of Plaza de Armas. The proposal reconnects the building through a porous ground floor, mixed-use programs, and new public amenities. The tower is reconfigured with intermediate spaces, balconies and terraces.
